Main Contractor — Design to Execution (In-House)
A 14-storey mixed-use development comprising commercial and residential floors, delivered fully in-house.

A design-led project delivered under full contracting scope.

Jowhar Resort
Consultant
A hospitality project where UDUB Structures provided design and structural consultancy, including monitoring and inspection during execution.

A 6-storey residential development delivered from start to finish.

Shoaib Heights
Consultant
A 12-storey building where UDUB Structures provided architectural setup, structural design, and monitoring and inspection services.

Bolay Building
Renovation & Adaptive Reuse
A deep renovation of a 57-year-old building involving structural rehabilitation, space repurposing, full replacement of architectural and building services elements, and integration of modern systems including CCTV and intercom.
